Enemy of the state
A new bill proposes to remove everyone's privacy buy allowing government agencies
to bug and track everyone, anytime and anywhere. They have spy satellites watching
your every move and aches of solid computers.
However there is a movement against the bill. One person leading this is a
sensate - who is murdered. It looks like an accident but a bird watcher catches
it on tape and makes a copy of it. The NSA destroys the original but the bird
watcher slips the copy he made into Will Smiths shopping bag before he is killed.
Now they are coming after him. While Will goes rowing, they plant bugs and
trackers in all his stuff and clothing. The NSA chases him as he manages to
get rid of the trackers and meets up with an ex NSA agent who has gone underground.
It continues like this until there is a big shoot out and most people are killed
but I will stop here as I don't want to blow the entire story line.
The film shows us how the line between privacy and national security is very
thin and striking a balance between them is very hard. An excellent film that
has top class adventure.
